My Apple ID and iTunes account has been disabled. It’s not for security reasons, and won’t let me download any new apps. How do I fix it?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
