Reinstalling OS X Yosemite

So I recently factory reseted my Mac book and when I try to reinstall the OS X it says I can’t because “A required download is missing” what does this mean?

I am also trying to reinstall Yosemite 10.10.5 using command R, but I receive the message that a required download is missing. What do I do now? the link you provided doesn't seem to have any troubleshooting...?

It seems that my computer slowed to a snails pace after a new version of google auto installed at the end of September. There was a post on the google site that said that they are not pushing that version any longer and they provided a link to your apple reinstall page. Is that what is causing everyone else's problem?

Thank you.
