Iphone 11 pro voice problem while calling

I made it. Full backup then factory reset from the phone and reinstall the ios from itunes. Now everythink is working fine and my friends says they are hearing me very clearly.

have you tried resetting network Settings after software update 13.3.1

Updated when 13.3.1 came out last week, all appears to be working good. But very infuriating at the lack of any communication or info from Apple.

This whole episode has made me question ever getting another Apple product in the future.

i has two exhaustive support calls with Apple about this issue with my new iPhone 11. I was told this is a known issue that should be resolved in the next update or two, the first of which was yesterday’s patch. Phone has been updated and sound has improved but it still sounds to the listener on the other end of my call that I talking on a speaker phone. It is incredibly frustrating for sure as most of us will have invested more on this phone than any other phone prior, and Apple still isn’t addressing it formally in writing anywhere that I have found. The notes on this update said nothing about it (see attached).

Hi everybody. I’m not completely sure about that yet. But it looks like the problem is disappear after recent system update. I’ll continue monitoring for that. So far - I don’t noticed that issue for past three days. Please, Try to update your iPhones and let me know

i have tried resetting network settings and have 13.3.1

if i have WIFI on and not connected to WIFI network the sound from me is normal.

this morning my friend called me at first he could't hear me so i disconnected wifi an after that he could hear me.

Apple this is an issue between WIFI and mobile cellular...

Update appeared a few days ago. in Poland, t mobile sent messages to owners of iPhone 11 to update because it solves the problem of conversations

Ya I installed my sim card into my old iphone X, my wife's X and my android - all work fine (the android sounds much better actually). So this is def a hardware issue in my view affecting iphone 11s.

I don’t want to jump the gun on this issue !

but as I reported above I still had the same issue after last update ,

a day after I updated I went into settings

and reset ALL network settings

all calls for last 2 days have been fine !

i haven’t reset network setting over past 3 months , I did do it a few times when the problem arose , but never helped

i would have thought a new update would automatically get new network settings

anyway I will keep updated here !

i have noticed that if I turn off the wireless network on my phone while a call is still in progress, the sound improves with him i'm talking to.

turn off/on airplane mode or turn off/on device helps

I have this problem since launch day as well as my coworker. People cannot understand us, the only way to temporarily fix it is to reset the phones. Truly not a good experience, the worst iphone so far. Still no fix in sight.

I've the same problem with my iphone 11 since purchase back in november.

People say my voice sounds like a robot as it cuts cuts.

and like everyone here, the only way is to cut the call, switch on/off airplane mode, and call again.

oh btw guys, did you notice if it's when you make a call or receive one ?

or both ?

My mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine - I visited Vodafone office and they says that the problem with Iphone 11 and 11 pro because other devices and other Iphone models works fine, but they have a lot of requests from users which uses new Iphones 11 and 11 pro and all of them has the same problem. So I hope @support will provide an answer because it's very common problem for users which uses Iphone 11 in Ukraine.
