The "Open Anyway" function from Security

The "Open Anyway" function from Security & Privacy is not working.

The warning prompt should reappear but nothing happens.

macOS Catalina 10.15.1 / MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)

For info I have found out that this problem was due to upgrading to Catalina from another version.

I made a clean install and this and other problems (like permissions to download from App Store) was solved.
