IPad multi users
on the Mac it’s easy, an additional user with or without privileges. Can this be done on an iPad?

Unfortunately, no. Your iPad is intended to be a single-user device.
Multi-user support is something that has often been requested by advanced end-users, but, to date, we have not seen any indication from Apple that this feature is under consideration.
