I just bought an iPhone 11pro max A2220 in Hong Kong. Is this will be works in Europe with 2 physical sim?? Is anyone using dual nano sim phones from hong kong and can confirm if is works in Europe? Thank you in advance !

Just called Apple support...
You can buy an iPhone 11 Pro max dual sim in Hong Kong and it will works without any restrictions in Europe and the warranty will be cowered as another apple products. I agree that apple will do only one years outside of Europe but with AppleCare you'll be fine in case you have any problem.

No. Apple does not. Only the EU counts as one country i believe, but the warranty isn't an international one. See:
