One AirPod bigger than the other

Okay I need help. I brought a pair of AirPods off Amazon for £140 that were labelled as genuine, when they arrived personally I noticed that one ear was slightly thicker than the other ear, I thought they were fake after noticing this so I sent them back and got a refund. Today however I went to Argos and brought the same second generation pair of AirPods, I can now guarantee they’re real (I think), but I’ve just got home and opened them and realised like before one ear is thicker than the other, can someone please tell me if this is normal, because if it’s not I need to take them back and just buy them through Apple themselves. I may just be paranoid and think one is bigger when it’s not, but other people noticed one ear was bigger when I had my amazon pair.

Hello,

Hmm, I can't tell the difference from the photo.

Look at this for more information in the event that you think that they might not be genuine:

Find the serial number of your AirPods

Identify your AirPods

If you are not satisfied, contact Amazon and arrange to return them.

Good luck.
