can not update iphone 5c to 10.3.4

Trying to help a friend update an iphone 5c to version IOS 10.3.4 but will only update to IOS 10.3.3. What will happen to the functionality of the phone effective 11/3/19?

The iPhone 5C is not affected by the November 3rd GPS issue, thus no update is required.

Nothing. It doesn't affect the 5c, only the 5, so there is no update for the 5c, the latest version for the 5c will remain 10.3.3. The 5c has an updated GPS module and therefore it's not affected and nothing will happen after November 3rd.

Thanks! Nice to know as the vague memo from Apple fails to differentiate/specify. Also chatted with 2 Apple techs last night who had no clue, wanted me to take a walk into recovery mode! I declined the rigmarole of their shot in the dark.
