This article and others do not mention iPhone 5c. My 5c is showing up to date with version 10.3.3 and there seems to be no way to update to 10.3.4. These articles would be more helpful if they would specify all of the iPhone 5 models affected or not.

The iPhone 5C is not affected by the November 3rd GPS issue, thus no update is required.

There is only one model of iPhone 5.
The 5c, the 5s and the SE they may look similar to the 5 and maybe also have the same 4" form factor, but they are not the same phone.
The Support Article says iPhone 5, it does not say iPhone 5 and 5c and 5s etc... the 5c is not affected, only the iPhone 5 - and there is only one iPhone 5, the other phones do not count as 5.
