It may be credit card fraud in which case that is something your financial institution needs to handle (also mentioned in the document I linked which I hope you read since it covers a number of reasons explaining unrecognized Apple charges, but I know people really prefer to get individual listings of things in posts here than have to read an official Apple Support document).
One thing is, if it is a valid Apple charge to your account and you blocked payment, you'll know about it from Apple when they disable your account for non-payment. If it isn't and somebody is trying card fraud for their account, then they will hear about it. :-)
