Let me see if I understand what you are saying. You want to purchase the phone and set up a monthly payment plan. Then you want to pay the month 1 payment and then pay the month 2 payment. Then in month 3 you want to pay the remaining balance so that you will own the phone outright. Why not save the money that you would need for the first 2 months payments, then add that to the remaining balance and buy the phone outright in the beginning.

That's the easiest way (or perhaps even asking the bank for a small help too) to avoid any "bureaucratic" obstacle.
