1 year free Apple TV+ does not show

Is the free 1 year subscription Apple TV+ showing for you? Mine doesn’t and I just bought a new iPad Pro.

I have this problem too with my new iMac but apple support just keeps on saying "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again or come back later."
