I purchased an iPhone 11 and followed the instructions to sign up but the one year free offer does not appear in the Apple TV app. All I see is the 7 days free offer. How do I get the one year offer?
Any new iPhone or iPad purchased after September 10, 2019 is eligible. Mine is an iPhone 11 and I was able to sign up for the one year offer. This instruction worked for me:
Open the Apple TV app and sign in. Then go,to,your computer and open a desktop web browser, go to https://tv.apple.com and log in using your Apple ID credentials. You should be able to accept the 1-year free trial offer from there. Once you have accepted the offer on your computer, go to your iPhone, sign out of the TV app, close it, then launch the app and sign in again.
The offer should be presented immediately after launching the app. If not, go to the Apple TV+ channel page where you’ll see the offer.

I purchased my iPad 6th generation on the 20th of September from Amazon and I still cannot see the 1 year free subscription on Apple TV. The link doesn't work for me.
do you happen to know the timeline of the offer? is it new iphone users starting now? i purchased my new 11 in september and the link told me i didn't qualify.
