"Unable to verify this iPhone has a geniune Apple battery"

Hello. I have a problem with battery health. I have sent screenshot of this problem in this text. Sometimes the phone turns off itself and reopens. What can I do to overcome this problem?

2-3years ago my friend also had a problem with Apple device. Once time when my friend traveled to Germany, he approached the Apple Store and they sent it to USA, after 3days he took new device from here again. Until 15 january I will go to Europe. From which other country I can do it? (same as Germany which my friend changed it from here)

Yes. It is good idea. They check that, it is first apple battery or not. I’m living in Baku, Azerbaijan. Can you say that, at which adress is local Apple Store service?

It's possible you purchased a reconditioned iPhone without knowing it.

My friend had bought it for me from USA Apple Store. Very surprising, in Apple Store are such phones sold?

That would be unusual, but stranger things have happened. I still agree with the other posts, that the most likely cause is somehow a non-apple battery was installed. What model iPhone is it?

If the device was purchased in the USA then the device will need to be serviced in the USA. iPhone devices do not have an international warranty.

Battery health is determined by a monitoring circuit built into the battery. If that circuit has failed you might get this message. Or, it could mean that the battery was replaced with a battery that is not compatible with your iPhone. But the only solution has already been posted; have Apple replace the battery.

it has been repeated many times by different user in this thread: "phone purchase in the US needs to be service in the US"..

No International warranty..

If you can't go to the US, send it to your friend that bought the phone for you, or any relative living in the US that is your only option.
