Apple tv app not working on iphone 11 pro max

my apple tv app is not working properly whenever i open app library page is displayed I can’t navigate within the app.

i have rebooted phone multiple time and tried by uninstalling and installing it again from app store but still of no use to me

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

It could definitely be expensive, and I’m not suggesting you stream via cellular.


I thought my app was broken and had a screen similar to the original post because I wasn’t on a network that allowed for access to streaming video. Switching on the cellular network confirmed that my app wasn’t broken and helped me to establish that the network was at fault.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with your Apple TV app. It seems that you are unable to navigate inside of it and don't see any content.


You have tried some great troubleshooting by deleting and reinstalling the app. Did you restart as well? Restart your iPhone


Have you verified the app is available in your country or region? Availability of Apple Media Services


If it does show as available, please contact Apple Support.
