i used apple cash when I was younger than 18 before the rule changed. When the rule changed, I was no longer able to use apple cash. I recently turned 18 and the service is still unavailable for me to use. Is there any way to re-enable it?
Go to your Apple ID and change your birthday to a day earlier and then change it back to see if that works.
