Apple ID disabled - Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes
Contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
The pop up message I was getting was,
"Your account has been disabled in the App store and iTunes".
It was not an E-mail message but a pop up that showed up whenever I attempted to download a new App or retrieve an App from iCloud .
The notification was not a Scam but an authentic "Pop up notification" ftom Apple .
I have succesfully been able to solve the problem after contacting yhe Apple security team .
I'm sorry to have posted more than once but I had to post again when I realised that the first post was not detailed enough .

The issue was resolved succesfully today .

This afternoon, I finally succeeded in getting through to the Apple account security team in South Africa over the phone .
This time the line was a bit clearer and I was able to provide the required information and answer all the questions directed at me to verify if the account actually belongs to me .
After verification, the disabled account was successfully enabled and activated .

What is the message you are getting? And is this from Apple or possibly a scam?

I tried the link to Apple support but, The response I kept getting was,
" We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again or come back later " .
Prior to trying the Apple support link , I tried filling out the form but at the point where I was required to "Submit", that section could not be clicked and I was unable to submit the completed form .
In addition I was not able yo click the "Reply" tab in order to reply to your suggestions .
All this while I was making the attempts from my iPad and this rvening I decided to attempt filling the form from my Android phone and I was able to submit the form as well as to reply you .
I am awaiting a reply from the submitted form and will keep you informed .
