Urgent update of 10.3.4

I am desperately trying to update my iphone 5 to IOS 10.3.4 and kept getting a messagge that it is not able since an error occured. I deleted almost everything on my phone and the memory is not the issue.

what can I do, since if I don't do the update till November 3, I will lose all my connections to the world, so to speak!!!

I will be very grateful for help to solve the issue, since I am running of time.

What is the error message that you get? How are you trying to do this? Try updating through iTunes on your computer.

ok, will try thriugh itunes. I tried through settings- install now. It starts to do the update with a messagge Veryfing updates abd then Ive got a messagge unable to do the update, an error occurred :(
