I get a popup stating, “A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 13 beta.” every time I unlock my iPhone. But there is no option to update in the settings. How do I fix this?

When I go to settings>general theres no option for profiles. I was recently part of the beta, which was in profiles. But I left it, now profiles is gone.

Do you have a Mac running Catalina or a PC? If you are using a PC or any macOS before Catalina iTunes should pop up and you can check for an update. If you re using Catalina open finder to look for the check for update. You may have to restore from a non-beta backup or set it up as new.
I’ve already deleted the profile.
The phone should appear as an icon in iTunes when you plug it in. Click on it, then click on Check for Update in the Summary window that appears.
If you go to settings>general>profiles - is there anything here?
Try plugging your phone into your computer using a USB to see if it will update.
Profiles will be BELOW VPN, and the last thing should be "Legal and regulatory". Profiles will be between VPN and Legal. You must delete the profile.
I have a PC, so should I download Catalina on my PC? And then plug in my phone and check for the update?
You can't run Catalina on your PC but make sure you have the latest version of iTunes on your PC then check for the update.

Instead of Check for Update click Restore iPhone. Make a backup first. And if you have backups in iTunes encrypted (you should, whatever you do don't forget the password.
