I have iPhone 7 and today it's appearing this screen so right now i don’t have computer so their is any possibility to restart my device or if it’s not possible then how can do it with computer. Thank

It is not possible to do without a computer. You will have to connect to a computer with the latest version of iTunes and restore the device. See this, Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
