Apple homekit won't add LG TV

Apple Homekit won't add LG TV, my TV is listed as a supported device. Scanning QC or entering code gets a response of "not added"

Can’t add HomeKit to Apple TV 4K, Stuck on Add This Apple TV to Your Home I’m re-asking this because I’ve tried everything in the other forums & I can’t get my Apple TV 4K to add to HomeKit to make it into a HomeKit hub. HomeKit secure video not working when Apple TV on Ethernet I liked to have my Apple TV connected through Ethernet, but my new Logitech circle view HomeKit secured video will not give a notification or show video unless the Apple TV is connect with Wi-Fi. If there a fix for this issue?
