I am planning to purchase an iphone 11 from US and want to use in India. Will I still get 1 year warranty on my iphone 11 with US bill in India? Does iphone 11 has international warranty applicable for India as well? Please suggest.

Apple doesn't offer an international warranty, in no country. (The European Union however does count as one country)
