Can someone please help? It keeps taking up more and more storage, I have 32 GB iPhone and almost 20 of it is taken by system, please help

Your "Other" is huge, more than all the content you have.
As suggested earlier, do a backup then restore from backup (best you do it twice) using computer iTunes with iPhone connected and selected. I think you can get back at least 10GB after that.

That will get rid of caches, corrupted data, etc.
