Update iOS 12.4.3 problem

I have a iPhone 6 plus 16 GB. After finally having deleted enough to make space for the update,

the update installation can`t be done. The phone also have minimum 50% battery capasity while installing. "Can`t install update. There was an error during installation of iOS 12.4.3 (translated from Norwegian...). I have tried Apple support. The message from them is that I am not eligible for technical support. Hence, they can`t call me, and I don`t know what to do. I have also restarted my phone, and deleted the update and relocated it again. Please, can anyone help me? -Anne

Hello Konsonansa and welcome to Apple Support Communities.

I see you are having an issue updating an iPhone 6 to iOS 12.4.3.

Try the steps here. Especially note the advice to move to an iTunes update if over-the-air is not working.

I have the exact same issues on my iPhone 6. Everything is running slower than normal including phone and voicemail

DO NOT UPGRADE to IOS 12.4 if you have an iPhone 6 ! ! !

"I am facing the same issues and even worse: GPS is no longer functioning, Cellular Reception is poor, Bluetooth is patchy, Wireless Reception is terrible!

I deeply regret upgrading. Please DO NOT UPGRADE to iOS 12.4.3.

By the way, is Apple deliberately attempting to cripple iPhone 6? Seems like a valid reason for a Class Action L S !!!

I had a perfectly good phone that I paid for and now I have an nearly unusable one.
