Update iOS 12.4.3 problem

I see you are having an issue updating an iPhone 6 to iOS 12.4.3.

Try the steps here. Especially note the advice to move to an iTunes update if over-the-air is not working.

I would strongly suggest to NOT UPDATE AT ALL to 12.4.3. My iphone 6 wireless is barely and horribly working after that. My mom just got the same iphone 6, same update and the same problem. I'm using iphone 5s with ios 10 and all is good again.

I have the exact same issues on my iPhone 6. Everything is running slower than normal including phone and voicemail

DO NOT UPGRADE to IOS 12.4 if you have an iPhone 6 ! ! !

By the way, is Apple deliberately attempting to cripple iPhone 6? Seems like a valid reason for a Class Action L S !!!

I had a perfectly good phone that I paid for and now I have an nearly unusable one.

I have an iPhone 6 plus too and am having trouble installing the update. However, I am attempting it via iTunes connected to my computer. I get through extracting the files, it does the backup and then I receive the same error message as the original poster. Help please!

After automatic update to 12.4.3 last night, I’m unable to make and receive mobile calls . Consequently can’t get through to Apple support . Now what??
