your apple tv is not authorized to play this content

Hi, I have a second generation Apple TV and an Apple TV+ subscription. When I try and stream it from my phone or Ipad I get this error as pictured below.. can anyone advise me how I can authorise my Apple TV.?. I didn’t have any problems renting films from Apple or streaming any other content.. it’s so frustrating !

Unable to sign into Apple TV on the TV "Verification failed. There were errors while you were signing in. Try again later." I reset, rebooted, stood on my head. Can't get past this error message. This is about a subscription to AppleTV. Not about an APPLE product. Please help!!!
