Can I buy dual sim card iPhone is US?

I see in Mainland China, HongKong and Macau, people can purchase dual sim card iPhone. I am wondering if this is going to an option for US market? I really want a dual sim card because I travel back and forth to China often and it would be nice to not change the card often.

All models sold in the US have an eSIM and one SIM card slot.

The only place you can purchase an iPhone with 2 physical SIM cards is China and Macau.

You shouldn't need one. Just set your US carrier to the eSIM and use the single SIM slot for the Chinese carrier you want to use when traveling.
