Apple TV+ Windows 10/Chrome Black Screen

Just signed up for Apple TV+. Can not watch more than 15 minutes of "The Morning Show" before I get a black screen with no audio. Waited for several minutes believing it could be buffering issues. Nothing happened. Refreshed and tried watching again. About 1 out of 10 times I am able to get it to play again after moving the slider to the approximate location of where the episode has left off. So far I have spent more time trying to watch the show than actually watching the show itself.

Anyone else experiencing these issues?

P.S. I am not able to proceed with posting this issue unless I select a Topic which this is related to. Unfortunately Apple TV+ is not listed on the topic list, nor under "Choose a different topic" so I am putting this under Apple TV Hardware, even though I am not using their hardware. I am simply trying to watching from my Windows 10 laptop with Chrome Browser.

I have the same issue when I tried on both Chrome and Firefox. Tried Apple TV+ on the iTune app and through Apple Website. Get the same black screen after 15 minutes. No response unless the link is closed and had to login again. Have no issue when watching with my iPhone, Apple TV or my Samsung TV.

Internet Explorer = Can't adjust where I am at in the video. Don't want to rewatch the same 40 minutes I have already watched.

Chrome = Nothing now. Can't even hit play. Complete black screen with a white 'x' in the top left.

Firefox = Can select where I want to be. Audio is out of sync however. Not sure it will stop after 15 minutes or so playing yet. (edit: it does randomly stop and go black after 10-15 minutes)

3rd party stream from site other than tv.apple.com = Perfect as long as I disable ads.

Speedtest.net = 172 mbps download and 31 mbps upload, so Firefox audio syncing issues shouldn't be due to poor connection by any means.

I have observed these items on 2 computers as well. Both running running Windows 10 and the above browsers.

Windows 10 Pro 1903 all patched up. Firefox 70.0.1 10Mbps Internet download speed.

I cannot watch See more than a few seconds before the screen becomes black and no more sound.

An Apple TV 4K using the same Internet connection can play the show without any issue.

I am using a Mac Pro Notebook - El Capitan version 10.11.6 Safari Browser 11.1.2 - so it may be issues with outdated software. I too am having issues with playback. Previous episodes load with a play button crossed out and newer episodes load but I can only watch 60 seconds of the show before it freezes and will not resume. I'll give it a week - if nothing changes - I'll cancel the subscription.
