how to access data from app no longer available?

I am trying to access data on my iCloud from the web browser. It was saved from an app on my phone that is no longer available in the App Store. How do I locate this file? I can see the size of the file when I look on my iPhone iCloud, but can't seem to find it from my Mac.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13
