Announce caller name via headphone is not working

I am currently using iPhone SE. Recently I have encounter that Caller Announce option in ios Settings > Phone > Announce Call is working in only "Always" option. Announce Call is not working in "Headphone & car" or "Headphone" option. I have tried all the counter measures like switching On/Off the phone, Reset the settings etc. Even I have tried variety of Wired and Bluetooth headphones. But surprisingly nothing worked. Please solve this issue and provide me a working solution.
