iPhone 11 Pro - Dual SIM setup failed

I have just received my new iPhone 11 Pro, which I intended to use with 2 SIM cards, however the tray only fits one… Is there a hardware mistake ?

I see you have a question about using dual SIMs.

In most regions, iPhones are able to use one physical SIM and one eSIM. More info here:

The only Apple iPhones (any model) sold with two physical SIM slots are those sold in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao. Everywhere else on the planet, dual SIM iPhones use one physical SIM card and one programmable eSIM.
