I received a pkpass from my flight booking via mail and it won't let me add or it does not have any option to add the pass. I'm using 11 pro running iOS 13.2.
Is there a way to add them?

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. I see from your post that you're not able to add your flight boarding pass to the Wallet app. I'm happy to help!
You can get information and instructions on adding boarding passes to your Wallet in the Apple Support article Add and manage passes in Wallet on iPhone - Apple Support.
If the pass is unable to be added, the merchant may not support Wallet: How to use Wallet on your iPhone, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support.
