My mail just started to type backwards.

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand that emails are unexpectedly typing backwards on your iPhone, and I’d like to share some information with you. 

First, consider whether this happens with multiple email accounts and in multiple apps (i.e. Notes, Reminders, Safari, etc.). If it’s only happening in the Mail app, I suggest taking steps 1-3 here: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open. Forcing the Mail app to close, restarting your iPhone, and checking for updates may help. 

If the issue continues in Mail, try deleting the email account, then adding it back to further isolate the issue:

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
