Headache and Nausea using iPhone 11

I bought my iPhone on Friday and every time I use it I start to feel headache and a bit of nausea. The more I use it the more the feeling increase. I already tried every feature that should be useful: I reduced the movements, reduced the white colours, tried to use the night shift, turned off Face ID, but nothing. I’m still having these problems. I’m thinking about giving it back.

It’s not my first apple device. I’ve used iPhone 4, 6s, IPad 4, various Macs and I’ve never had these problems before. Has something like this happened to somebody else?

Sorry, but I’m pretty sure it’s because of this phone because it doesn’t happen with any other device, not even other iPhones. I just wanted to know if anybody else has had the same problem and maybe managed to solve it or at least knows why is this happening.

You need to talk to your doctor.

What you are describing could very well be symptomatic of a serious neurological condition. It may be triggered by the refresh rate of the display.

If you think there is something physically wrong with your phone, then by all means return it and get your money back, but go see your doctor.
