Can I gift an annual subscription to Apple TV+ to extended family members?
Let's say I want an easy gift for hard-to-buy-for family members. Could I gift them subscriptions to Apple TV+ for a year?

Not directly. But you can gift them iTunes Gift cards that they can use for that, or whatever else they ma want from the iTunes, iBooks and App Stores.
