Connecting apple calendar to outlook

IS there a way that i can connect my work outlook calendar to my apple calendar so i am able to she it with someone

iPhone XR, iOS 13

You need to have your MS Exchange account set up on your phone. Do this in Settings/Passwords & Accounts.

Then open the Calendar app, tap on Calendars at the bottom, and check the Exchange calendar.
