No service connection after updating to 13.2 on iphone 7

Anyone's having no service connection after updating to 13.2 on iphone 7? i woke up this morning and my phone was working fine until i updated it now it won't connect to my service provider. So i Factory reset my iphone and now will not connect to my mac now either.
