i have updated both phone and itunes to ios 12

Need help with iTunes! I have an iPhone 14. I also have an older version of iTunes. I recently hit “don’t trust computer” on my phone and now my new phone won’t sync to iTunes. Can anybody help me out? I don’t wanna have to pay $10 for Apple Music as I’ve already bought the CDs.
