just got a new ipad and after setting it up, it rebooted or something and now I can't open it without a passcode. I never even entered a passcode when setting up. I have no i-tunes account or any other apple products. I've tried all the different solutions I've seen on line but none work.
It cannot setup a passcode on its own. If you do not remember it, then you are going to have to restore the device. If you have a backup, you can restore to that backup.
