new ipad passcode

just got a new ipad and after setting it up, it rebooted or something and now I can't open it without a passcode. I never even entered a passcode when setting up. I have no i-tunes account or any other apple products. I've tried all the different solutions I've seen on line but none work.

It cannot setup a passcode on its own. If you do not remember it, then you are going to have to restore the device. If you have a backup, you can restore to that backup. Otherwise, you will have to set it up as new. Follow the steps in this support document, If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
