Music app won’t open

When I try to open my music app, it says “music” needs to be updated - the developer of this app needs to update it to work with iOS 13.1.3

Isnt Apple the developer of the iTunes music app? It hasn’t opened since I updated my operating system a few weeks ago.

The current version of iOS is 13.2.

Update iOS. Hopefully Music will update along with the rest.
