Please, add Vietnamese voices to text-to-speech functions in iOS

Vietnam is one of the promising market for Apple, so I think the company should implement Vietnamese voices for its products like iPhone and iPad. The text-to-speech function helps users improve their productivity twice and supports the disabled. Particularly, there are a lot of loyal fans of Apple’s products in Vietnam.

Therefore, add Vietnamese voices for your products, please!
