Then contact your carrier asking for e-sim, if they can offer you that service.

That is a Chinese/Hong Kong/Macau model iPhone Pro and it does not have an eSIM, it has a tray that allows for 2 physical SIMS.
No ESIM feature in iPhone 11 Pro
