Check you microphones using the instructions listed in this aupport article:--> If the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch aren't working - Apple Support

If you get no help, since there's not a price list for that kind of issue, contact your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service and ask them:--> Apple – Location Selector
