In my storage I have an untitled package that is 62.64 GB, what is this and can I delete it?

In System Information under Documents, there is a Package called Untitled that is 62.64 GB. When I open it it just opens Terminal with this:

Last login: Tue Nov  5 12:11:14 on ttys000

Jacks-MBP:Untitled.fcpbundle Jack$ 

Does anyone know what this is? Can I delete this to free up space?
