Apple keyboard problem in Amazon Workspaces after Catalina 10.15.1update

Since updating to Catalina 10.15.1, hitting the Enter key on my Apple Bluetooth keyboard in a text box in InDesign, running in Amazon Workspaces on a Windows Virtual Machine, does not give me a new paragraph. Rather, the cursor jumps to the top of the next column.

I've tried a Logitech K810 Bluetooth keyboard as well, same problem. Also tried with the PCoIP client and the problem persists. Other than that, all seems to work just fine, but it means that I can only have one paragraph per column, if I am editing on the page, which, during the production cycle, is quite common.

Has anybody else had the same problem?
