Annoying message of iCloud activation

It would be better if you can please post a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better.

i also have this problem now, i had the same thing with facetime and imessage and i was able to fix them by turning them on and off and restart my device. but what can i turn off in icloud? i tried turning off the messages in icloud by it didnt work.

please help/share solutions if you have one.
