iPad for work only

My iPad for work is currently using my personal Apple ID and is, therefore, linked to my personal Apple devices. I have now established a new Apple ID for work only. How do I remove my personal Apple ID from the work iPad and put the new work Apple ID on the work device without deleting all of the information on my personal devices?
