How to charge an iPhone 11?

Hi, I am wondering what is the best way to charge an iPhone? Should I let the phones battery die and then put it on a full charge, or does it matter if I want to charge it before it dies?

Your iPhone will never over charge.

Not recommended to run down to zero.
