all else working over WiFi. In settings cellular page blank. Tried resetting network, checked with Rogers all ok at their end. Tried SIM card in different phone and it works. Other SIM card does not change issue. Toggled airplane mode on off no success.

Thanks. I was in a remote area with poor WiFi service so when I got back to city with high speed WiFi I did an iCloud backup and the a full restore figuring last self care hope before Apple support. It worked, all I lost were some WiFi passwords and everything is faster and working well
