Screen Time/Bypass by changing time
How to lock date and time so kid cannot change it to bypass Screen time?

If you turn on Restrictions on their device then they can't change the time as long as they are running iOS 13.

I am running iOS13. It looks like is shaded now. However, the apps that are restricted by screen time are easily opened now by clicking on the app, selecting the option of -ignore limit-
it even asks if the limit is one minute, 15 minutes, or -ignore limit for today-
i do have my kids’s device set up as my child’s device.
I am beyond frustrated with Apple right now.
