Apple Wallet Ticket Scam

Hi there, I have a question regarding adding concert tickets into apple wallet. Recently I have been a victim of a scam due to edited ticket in apple wallet.

My question would be how is this person able to edit tickets in wallet and how do I report this? Ever since this person sent me the ticket through wallet, which is still in my wallet, the ticket date, venue, and the event name has been changed 3 times. However the QR code remains the same indicating this person is editing this one ticket to match other events. This person is still scamming people. Is there no way to stop this? Any helps and tips regarding this situation would be helpful.

Apple Support has not been helpful at all. It almost feels like Apple is supporting this fraud activity.
